TE77 HFRR Machine
High Frequency friction machine is a versatile
reciprocating Tribometer with a maximum stroke
of 25 min & maximum load of 1000N. A well established R&D
tool for evaluation of lubricants,
materials, coatings & surface treatments.
HPS Board line: Example: Series 2300:
The vocational training systems of the hpsBOARDLineare
ready for use in no time and wherever they are
needed. Everything required for experimenting is either
integrated in the unit or clearly arranged on a storage
board. The systems can be either used as a desktop workstation,
suspended in a demonstration rack or screwed
into a case (Box) for mobile training.
Customers: vocational institutes, technical colleges, industry and trade.
TE 66 MICRO-SCALE ABRASION TESTER
The TE 66 may be used to determine the wear
coefficient of hard and soft coatings and monolithic
materials by abrasive wear in a ball on plate contact configuration.
The machine may also be used
as a crater-generating tool on coated surfaces for coating thickness determination.
TE 80 TWO STATION FUEL LUBRICITY WEAR TEST MACHINE
The TE 80 Two Station Fuel Lubricity Wear Test
Machine is a simplified version of the earlier TE 70SLIM
Micro Friction Machine and the TE 77 High Frequency Friction Machine.
It incorporates two test stations
with heater pads and mounting arrangements for ISO 12156
and ASTM D6079 fuel lubricity test specimens.
Load is applied manuallyby means of dead weights applied directly
to the fixed ball specimen carrier by means of
a loading yoke.
